You will start with a full 3 weeks of on-site
training in a real, operating Alta Mere Window Tinting & Auto Alarms
business. During your hands-on training, you will learn firsthand
about how the business works. You will interface with employees and
customers. You will watch the selling process in action. By the end of
those 3 weeks, you will be extremely familiar with the business,
inside and out. Next, you will spend a week in classroom training,
where you will receive easy-to-understand technical training and learn
to implement and follow our proven business philosophy. The result?
When your store is ready to open you will be ready and able to take
charge.
